Named after Hawaii's state fish, Humuhumunukunukuapua'a has affectionately been dubbed HumuHumu. The Hawaiian thatched roof restaurant continues to impress guests with Chef Mike Lofaro's signature Modern Hawaii Seasonal cuisine.
